It's time to schedule your senior photos. I know right? It's only April (nearly) and it seems like summer is still so far away. If you want unique, original, and seriously fun senior photos, (hopefully you are picking up on the not to subtle hint to hire me) you will want to call me sooner than later to secure your spot. I promise you will not regret it. Also, I offer something most photographers don't and that's your photos for you to keep and print on C.D. That's right. You can post them on facebook or upload them to your phone; it's up to you to decide how you will use them.
I also offer cap and gown sessions at my home studio. And best of all.... you can afford me.
P.S. If you go to my facebook fan page I have a special giveaway going on just for you seniors so check it out @ http://www.facebook.com/photographydujour
I love photographing at night.

I thought it would be helpful to create some wall display templates to show the various ways you can cluster your photos to create a focal art statement in your home.

These clients were so good at planning in advance of the arrival of their baby. They contacted me a few months ago to schedule their shoot and it worked out perfectly as she is just 1 week old now. She was the perfect subject for me and so easy to pose. "J" family, she is perfect in every way and I had fun spending time with you.
and we can't forget the family dog...

It's that time of year for senior photos: Loudoun County Senior Photographer, Clarke County Senior Photographer, Northern Virginia Senior Portraits
I know it is just starting to get warm here, and you may be thinking, how can it be time for senior portraits already? This year has flown by and I just saw the first buds on the trees surrounding our property which means spring is around the corner.
Senior photos should be fun and a reflection of you. I love photographing seniors because they are always so fun and willing to try my crazy ideas. It keeps me up with the slang too.. uh hmmm. Let me just say that I can do some "sick" photography for you seniors.
Why should you book me now? Well, first of all because I am confident you will love your photos. Second, I am fun to work with and it's no lie that usually I am trying out some crazy stuff that usually results in laughter.. oh yes. And thirdly, I am the best game in town. Consequently because I only charge $298 for the shoot and your originals on disc, I book pretty far out and space is limited. Why so affordable? I am new to the area and need to build my clientele which means a great deal for you! So here's the 411: e-mail at photographydujour@gmail.com or call me at 540.554.8888. I guarantee you'll love it. Oh and did I mention professional hair and makeup available upon request. Oh yes!!!
And here is Connor...

Soccer mom, no really: Northern Virginia Photographer, Loudoun County Photographer
Yes, she really is a soccer mom. In fact, she is a homeschooling, grandmother, soccer coach. Oh, and did I mention that she's gorgeous? Okay I won't leave out the whole family... they're all gorgeous.
Anyone that can coach a group of 10/11 year-old girls is amazing in my book. She was the coach for my daughter's team last year. She was so positive and great with the girls.
It was a fun session and I am blessed to work with some of the most fabulous clients!

C+C Engagements: Virginia Wedding Photographer, D.C. Wedding Photographer
The way she made him laugh, just when I needed her to. The way he looked at her when she was so serious and then laughing the next second. Brought together by high school, then torn apart by college, then brought together again by his earnest interest in her (because it was meant to be and I am a sap).
He pulls up to the session in his gorgeous new camaro, jet black. She in her leather jacket she bought in Paris. These two are polished, sophisticated, and very down to earth.
I had so much fun sharing part of their story and being there to capture their love.
