I have known this sweet girl and family for the last five years. I can't believe how much she has grown. She used to be such a shy little girl, and now she is outgoing, talkative, and oh so sweet! I am glad that I was able to create these images to celebrate her First Holy Communion. As she continues to grow, I hope these images will be a reminder of her childhood innocence and beauty. Right after New Years I announced the start of a nursery contest. Apparently everyone was still digging out from the holidays because I only had one, that's right 1 entry. If you were thinking about it, you really should have entered because your chances were pretty good. That said, this nursery would have been hard to beat because it is the cutest one I have ever seen. And the artwork on the walls is simply amazing (note my shameless self promotion)! This cute 8 day old was a long time coming. She is the daughter of our builder and a few years ago when I was pregnant with my now three year-old son, I had a dream that my friend had a baby girl. She has two sons but she happens to be one of the most stylish people I know (she's an interior designer) and truly needed to be the mother of a little girl. She is simply gorgeous.


I picked up this piano at a thrift shop. Love it.
